My 360 Mindset Partnership
The Vipers are excited to announce our partnership with My 360 Mindset!
My 360 Mindset is here to help players achieve peak performance through mindset training.
Players will get the support of on and off-ice sessions where they will learn about enhancing vital skills such as confidence, concentration, and overall well-being.
Coaches will learn the difference between motivation and discipline, the impact of anxiety on motivation, how to set realistic expectations while still unlocking potential, maintaining focus through adversity, and more.
Parents will also have the opportunity to get involved, by attending sessions that are designed to equip you with tools to guide your child on their journey to success.
The lead coach will be Mike Chaves, MSc.
Brief bio: From Upton, MA
MSc. from Keiser University ’24 where he also played baseball
In addition, we will also include the following coaches as needed:

The first My 360 Mindset session is on Wednesday, September 11th for Half-Season teams and Thursday, September 12th for Full-Season teams (the schedule is updated in DaySmart)
